The breakfast was outstanding there, the beds were good, all you need for a relaxing stay. Everything was nice and the staff was extremely polite!

Cool location, cheerful staff. Excellent view, a big balcony, cozy bed, too. The restaurant was amazing, I ordered hot dishes. It was well priced, compared to other boutique hotels.

Family atmosphere, decent location and original rooms. They made my stay BRILLIANT. And it also had unbelievable view. Staff were thorough, setting is in 20 minutes' walk to the heart of the city.

Unfortunately Wi-Fi was bad.

A private kitchen was included. You can eat at Urbano Bistro, which is set 800 feet away from the property. Even the Rotorua Regional airport was not so far:)))
